Responsibilities:
Review nurse resumes
Communicate with nurses via phone and email regarding upcoming open positions
Follow up with generated leads
Aid nurses in the application process
Explain company benefits, pay, and procedures
Review nurse qualifications
Walk nurses through examinations and requirements for specific job placement
Continuously educate yourself on nursing practices and market trends
Cold Call potential candidates in your assigned region
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal skills
Technologically savvy
35 WPM typing
Minimum of one (1) year call center experience
Minimum of three (3) years customer service

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
