Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and provide them with a positive and welcoming experience Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Accurately enter project-related data into our databases and systems Verify the precision and completeness of data entries Identify and rectify errors or discrepancies in data Assist in maintaining the integrity and quality of project records Adhere to established data entry protocols and guidelines Accurately input and update vendor information to ensure seamless business operations Scan and digitally file important documents, ensuring their availability for future reference Organize and maintain physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English Proficiency in accurate typing and data entry, including completing web forms Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting skills Advanced proficiency with Excel Strong time management and multitasking abilities Experience in a similar administrative or construction-related role preferred.
