Proper storage of raw materials, brewing equipment and finished product.
Preparing and loading the ingredients and equipment needed.
Organize and properly store raw ingredients.
Keg cleaning/sanitizing.
Proper and safe usage of chemicals, gases, equipment.
Carbonation checks using the Zahm.
Ability to occasionally lift/move full 1/2 bbl kegs(165 pounds).
Ability to occasionally move 55 pounds sacks of grain.
Communicate with coworkers throughout the day to keep the day organized, running on time, and able to maintain a good workflow.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Familiarity with craft beer a plus but not required.
Capable of working on your feet for extended periods of time.
Cleaning.
Sweeping, mopping, and organizing work area.
Prior experience with a forklift is a plus but not required.
Homebrewing/previous brewery experience is a plus but not required.
