The candidate will need to be effective and experienced in general accounting functions.
The position requires accounting experience combined with excellent analytical skill.
The candidate will need to possess strong work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, decision making skills, and have the ability to work well with others.
This position will support various aspects of the organization to aide in daily operational decisions.
This position also requires general accounting responsibilities, accounts payable, payroll, customer billing.
Compensation is an hourly rate of $23.
00 - $30.
00 Depending on Experience.
Responsibilities:
Input vendor invoices, create customer invoices, calculate payroll and ensure transactions are in accordance with GAAP; working as a team with other staff in standardizing practices and procedures.
Strong abilities in Accounts Receivable is recommended.
Qualifications:
3-to-5 years of related experience Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through collaboration and teamwork Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required Quickbooks experience, including Payroll Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required - ability to create formulas Excellent mathematical and computational skills Ability to apply strong problem solving techniques Experienced and skilled in reconciliations Benefits available:
