Summary:
The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for conducting customer and business support services as it relates to the operations and file management duties to the Company, as well as a high level of customer service to our referral partners and customers.
Typically, these duties will include answering the phone, creating, maintaining the job profiles, and coordinating project schedules and timelines with the Project Management Team.
Your mission is to provide an outstanding customer and team experience while meeting the company standards for timeliness and accuracy of work.
Key
Responsibilities:
Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert execution of duties, and polite communication.
Primary phone responsibilities, answering and prompt customer follow through.
Accurate creation of jobs in proprietary software.
Maintaining communications between the Mitigation and Reconstruction Department.
Subcontractor coordination as needed.
Journal note updates for job/project related updates and general communication.
Proper scheduling and coordination of Project Manager and sales opportunities.
The conduit of communication between sales and production as it relates to onboarding and new customer projects.
Review project and production schedules (critical path) in advance of project commencement, adjust the schedule as needed based on production realities.
Advise the project manager of the proposed schedule.
Verify and confirm material lead times and purchase orders as needed to maintain an efficient schedule.
Parts Coordination, call placement, follow through on payment.
Once the schedule is confirmed by the Project Manager, issue work orders based on the proposed schedule for the Project Manager to disseminate to the Production Crew.
Communicate the Production schedule to our referral partners/customers, whichever is appropriate for a given project.
Daily, review and update all information related to our production activities from the workday prior.
Receive final paperwork, check and update Dash with all appropriate notes, final photos, COS, and other applicable completion documents/notes.
Request final invoice from accounting within 48 hours of project completion.
Support collection efforts as assigned to participate in the financial health of the company.
Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company's time.
Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of yourself and other employees who may be assigned with you.
Seek additional responsibility and guidance from company management employees as needed to enhance existing skills, learn new skills, and create the potential for growth within the company.

Be sure to give the OK to Invoice form to accounting once the final estimate is complete Complete all the activities in software Software Checklist Submit the Final estimate, along with the invoice and COS to the customer and the claims adjuster Begin the collection process Update information in Software Upload COS into Software COVID-19 Precaution(s):
