Responsibilities:
Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities Source candidates through databases and social / recruiting media Maintains and attracts potential customers by handling inbound sales and customer communication (emails, calls, click-to-chat) relating to service status or challenges, concerns, issues within the network.
Screen candidates Review healthcare professional resumes and complete candidate profiles Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency Recruiter
Qualifications:
Stellar communication skills Strong cold calling skills Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Recruiter Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of customer service or recruiting experience Recruiter Hours and Pay:
