The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for establishing relationships with key client contacts.
The staffing Coordinator continuously supports healthcare providers and deeply understands upcoming facility needs.
This position will cover an after-hours schedule.
Responsibilities:
Fill and anticipate facility requests based on current and seasonal activity.
Present all qualified candidates to facilities in the area; including planning and outreach to locations that do not have posted openings.
Promote flexible scheduling of candidates across multiple facility locations.
Evaluate and plan recruitment activities to strengthen focused placement pools.
Perform routine scheduled evaluations on all healthcare professionals working at that facility.
Perform administrative functions as necessary.
