Potential candidates must have a strong ability to work with at-risk youth, positive attitude, and ability to empower youth.
The position will require someone who is flexible, open-minded, enthusiastic, reliable and a team player.
Must possess the ability to communicate and interact effectively with youth from a variety of social/cultural backgrounds.
This job will start at $16.
00/hour.
The range for this position is $15.
50-17.
50 an hour.
Essential duties include (but are not limited to):
Youth supervision in a group setting Meal preparation Crisis intervention Daily documentation Group facilitation Answering phones Processing donations Shift schedules may include WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS:
Prior experience working with adolescents preferred.
All potential hires will undergo a background check.
Must have a current driver's license and clean driving record.
