Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Answers phones promptly and courteously utilizing company procedures.
Responds to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Assists with taking customer orders via phone and entering those orders into sales and inventory systems.
Follows up on complaints, questions, and concerns that come to the department.
Develops and promotes teamwork and cooperation among fellow employees and managers.
Shows an appropriate sense of urgency in completing work and addressing the needs of others.
Adheres to all company policies and standards.
Other duties might be assigned.
Qualifications:
Must possess a professional demeanor and telephone etiquette.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
High School Diploma, 2 years of customer services or sales preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
