Candidates must have excellent written and verbal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail.
The Front Office Assistant will work closely with all departments within the company to ensure clients are processed and fully filed to begin employment with our health care staffing agency.
This position requires an outgoing individual that can be resourceful and independent while closely working with the Compliance team and under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Direct calls to appropriate departments Verify Medical records and demographic information according to HIPAA guidelines Heavy Data Entry Responds to requests for records within the facility and by external sources, retrieving and transmitting them appropriately.
Creates digital images of paperwork to be stored in the electronic medical record.
Provide excellent customer service Maintain electronic files Assist Placement Managers with the employee onboarding process Requirements:
