Greet/assist Internal and External customers daily, answer phone calls and the ability to multi-task.
Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors weekly paperwork and reports.
Position Summary & Essential Job Functions Organizes daily activities and sets priorities Provides prompt, efficient, courteous and cost-effective handling of company's needs Maintains current and up to date paperwork files Formats and creates, reports, forms, newsletters and flyers in English and Spanish.
Answers and handles general inquiries and customer complaints via telephone, mail and email Responsible for filing, processing mail and assisting other departments with various tasks Compilation of reports, sending out weekly reports and tracking the receipt of required documents Supports various departments, including payroll, accounting, HR and Operations FULL TIME opportunity Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and take initiative Keyboarding proficiency Familiarity with Windows-based computer applications, i.
