As our Production Coordinator, your primary focus will be to coordinate the administrative aspects related to the planning and execution of all our plumbing and service construction jobs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Respond to customer requests and generate estimates for remodels and reconstruction Schedule Field technicians and provide real time visibility of field installation resources Oversee securing and delivering parts for Remodel and Reconstruction departments Open and close work orders including review of time card entries and assist with billing Follow-up with customers and technicians to make sure Vincere is providing a superior service.
Review open jobs to assess scheduling and completion Serve as a single point of contact for the field installers to update job completions, reschedules and adjustments to the day of job activity.
Promote good welfare among the company and its' divisions Perform other duties as assigned You will work closely with other internal teams to ensure back office support systems are operational.
In the event of support system issues, the Production Coordinator communicates to the install teams and adjust schedule accordingly.

Competencies in relationship building, strategic thinking and talent management.
Excellent communication, and negotiation skills; ability to interact with people of varying backgrounds, technical abilities, languages, and cultures; must be able to read and write effectively in English at a business-professional level.

Military background always a plus! This is a full time position.
Compensation will be hourly with incentives.
